This thread is only for music.

I almost died laughing at this. Thanks for that, Myroc.

B-but... I like Blood Falcon's theme! Other than the vocals, I always thought it was pretty neat.

To be fair, it's not really horrible (love that guitar solo), but for a final boss theme, man is it dull.
Especially when you've been fighting the same guy for like twenty five minutes. Twice.

Certainly better than the GBA version of the game though. That just uses the regular, shitty boss music! Da hell?

Oh yeah, speaking of the GBA version...

I love this song, don't get me wrong, but c'mon now... It's not exactly what comes to mind when I'm being chased by a GIANT FUGGING SAW.
The only way it could be worse is if they gave one of Wily's castles the Care Bears music.

I think you're overreacting a bit there alice. The songs are not that bad.

For this week's bad music choice of mine is this

And Maybe this one as well.

Although I won't argue on the "ported" music, I did manage to find one that I didn't like that we could agree on:

Holy cripes, if I wanted the soundtrack to rubbing my manhood against a group of cacti, this would be it.

Astoundingly, the "cover" in Puyo 7 only made it worse. God, it's even more ear-bleedingly high pitched.

And the SNES version is as high-pitched, but this time the bassline sucks too!

BUT:

Sounds best.

OTOH:

Theme of Puyo Puyo should not sound like this.

Often when songs from classics get ported to gba... the soundtrack gets horribly butchered in the process.

Speaking of GBA ports...

This is the ONLY music from the GBA DKCs that I really can barely tolerate, mainly because of these new instruments in it that sort of sound like a choking frog or something.

Uh oh, bump AND double post?

STILL on the topic of GBA ports:

They ruined this music.

Original for comparison.

No mention of E1M1 from the 32x version of Doom? I find it hardly believable that nobody has mentioned that abomination
