I can understand why you had trouble with it.
Mine is on the right.

And speaking of confusing,

I started Fransiska AND Lancea.

Lancea will be pretty easy.
Fransiska, on the other hand....

Also, making them use blue and cyan is annoying.
I have it now so that Star Crash will give Lancea her proper colours, and Concrete Shot will give Fransiska her proper colours.

Well, as for the white...we really don't have much of a choice.  Changing it to cyan would just make it look strange and blobby.
Lightning-Man's skin has been passed around from Player 1 to me and then to LlamaHombre.  Sorry, but it's already claimed.

Well, I attempted to make Lightning Man's map, but I am having slight difficulty with making a good map layout. Looks neat though.

If I do not magically create a good map layout, I might send the unfinished map to someone else. Would that be acceptable?

I think I might have a go at Ice Shield. I was thinking it could act like a throwable Battle Network aura at around 25-30 health, with ammo usage similar to leaf shield.

Not sure if it would be easier to make it detect the new damage type system or to use an actor with health of some sorts. I'll probably experiment with the latter first.

This expansion is also looking really promising. I really hope this one succeeds!

Those textures could definitely use some work, but I'm not going to count it out yet.  Sure, please do; gather up a beta-testing team and we'll take a look around together.

Small progress again.

I've got all the sprites from the sprite sheets and edited Fransiska's attack animation.
I just need to give Fransiska some walking sprites and I'll start the rotations.

Yeah, I was going to add more blue textures for added variety, but I need to limit their usage for... A certain gimmick.

Just wondering, what do the colour codes in the first post mean?

I can infer that no colour is not taken, and green is finished, but I think I saw yellow and orange too.

axe lady should move her body more when throwing imo
also spear lady should have a different hit sprite, that one looks too similar to her walking

Yellow is claimed, but not 100% completed.
Orange is a stupid mistake I made that shouldn't really be up there.  Oops.
As for the spritesheet...I notice you're using Fransiska's aerial attack sprites.  Makes it look like she's tossing downward...

Look at the third row.  Going left to right, fourth sprite is what is displayed right before she tosses (Fire1?) and fifth is what is displayed while her axes are out of her hands (Fire2?).  Make adjustments as necessary.

...Just realized that I completely forgot to rip Volcano Cannon's explosion.  Oops.

Here we go.

I've changed Fransiska's shoot sprites to the actual ones from the game.
I also gave Fransiska legs the ability to walk.
Also, a start on Lancea's front facing sprites.
