How can anyone vote no? It's free and Capcom is supporting it. What's not to like?
The fact that it looks visually like garbage (which I'd complain about if it were just a fangame still) and that Capcom is using something someone else did and would have released for free on their own just to slap their name on it and look good. Also the fact that Capcom probably wouldn't have supported it if it weren't leeching off of a more popular series.

That's a lot of work.Assuming Capcom didn't make a fuss it would have been released for free, yes, but it appears the game's producer actually sought out Capcom's support so you can't really pin that on them.
Giving the fact that 10% of the Megaman bosses are reskins of Megaman of other ones, mostly focused on quint and "Megaman?" , AND that when megaman changes a weapon its only a re-color I didn't really mind the megaman re-skins.
