I have designed many Robot Masters, but I figured I'd submit my favorite.
Name: Unknown Man
Bio: He's the Robot Master of SCIENCE!!!
Attack Pattern: Well, this one is simple. He runs around the room, left to right. When you jump, he slides. When you slide, he jumps. When you fire your weapon, he fires his.
Weapon: Antimatter Bomb. It's like the Ballade Cracker in that it's explosive and can be thrown in 7 directions, but unlike that it can bounce off the walls once.

The puportions are off, though you get the basic idea. The Robot Master himself should ideally be grey/gray/greay. Also, those are test tubes in his pocket.
Pretty simple.

Alright. So I finished an artwork of Pole Man.
(click to show/hide)
Edit:Posting picture here, it is not as huge as I thought.
Apologies if the artwork is not good. I took days to finish this and I'm not rushing it, it's just that I am not a pro at artwork. However, I am still impressed by it.
Edit 2:His eyes are not supposed to be blue. I made them blue because I want to reduce the use of colours.
Sprite and concept are on page 2. You can see them on top.

No self-inserts? I guess I can't submit 'Shade Man', then.

I might as well submit the RM I've already submitted as part of the MM8 credits thing.
Sketch Man
(He is supposed to be wearing a beret and smock, if people couldn't tell. He also has a paintbrush attached to one arm.)
(The skin colour is different on the sprites because I believe RMs are only supposed to have two unique colours. The colour scheme can be changed if needed, though.)
(And yes, I was going to make a Sketch Man skin a very long time ago.)
"Only I can comprehend what true art is!"
Sketch Man, the artist robot, was designed to perceive what 'true art' is. Therefore, his opinions of any artwork were supposed to be absolute, and any of his works were supposed to be instant masterpieces. However, his standards were made too high and he deemed all existing art to be abysmal. Since he believes no human has the capacity to properly appreciate his own art, he refuses to share any of it. Therefore, it remains a mystery as to whether his works truly are masterpieces or not. Sketch Man's stage would be based on abstract art; melting clocks as platforms, that sort of thing.
In battle, Sketch Man can swing his paintbrush arm to launch blobs of ink at Mega Man. At close range, Sketch Man can also jab forward with his paintbrush arm. Sketch Man would be able to run around at a moderate speed. I imagine that the arena's floor and ceiling would be soaked in ink. If so, Sketch Man would also be able to summon blobs of ink to fall from the ceiling and jump from the floor as well. Perhaps due to the abstract nature of his stage, blobs from his paintbrush arm that land on the floor could reappear on the ceiling and fall down?
Sketch Man would give Mega Man the weapon 'Ink Shot'. Ink Shot lobs three arcing blobs of ink forward, each with their own height and distance. That is, the lowest arcing blob would cover the shortest distance, and so on. I suppose it would be similar to Triple Blade, except that the projectiles are lobbed. It should be useful for enemies higher up, that the Mega Buster cannot reach.

Kind of a beta idea, but I thought it was a fairly decent concept...but it's still a beta pic.
This RM, I'm still deciding on a name for. My original idea for her name was
Midnight Woman
.
Midnight was invented from Professor Wolfchild's private obsession over darkness. Her personality changes based on the time of day. During daytime, she can be very aggressive. At night, she is a lot calmer. Her design is loosely based on a nega-version of the Roman goddess, Luna. The purple, robe-like armor she wears is adorn with golden crescents that she could utilize by detaching and throwing them or by kicking with her legs. She is armed with the Crescent Launcher which fires three, white-glowing, crescents in a spread fashion. Her signature attack is using the floating, moon-like crescent that she rides on and throws it at her enemies. Doing so would leave Midnight vulnerable, since she wasn't built to have a sense of balance.
When defeated by Mega, he aquires Midnight's Crescent Buster. It's attack is the same as how Midnight utilizes it: fires 3 crescents in a spread. If it becomes adapted to a weapon charging upgrade, in a similar matter to X's Buster upgrade, Mega can charge the Crescent Buster to fire a large, more powerful crescent that can pierce through armor, scenery, and occaisonally split weaker enememies in half. The weapon has 32 uses.

Alright. I'm back. Back with my other idea--
Force-Man.
[/b]
(click to show/hide)
Oh wait, this one's too big to show.
Here's a link.
Thought I would try traditional art this time in the hopes that it'd come out better. It didn't. So again, bad drawing, but gets his main features--tall, slender build; light blue "aura-like" color scheme, pure black hands, pure white eyes.
Force-Man was designed to emulate, research, and harness the powers that humans possess and most Robots do not--such as regenerative ability, adrenaline, and unbreakable spirit. Reprogrammed by Bossa Nova, he harnesses these powers in a very destructive manner.
Force-Man has four unique attacks, each one separated by a brief while of him running around and jumping.
> His hands glowing white, Force-Man slams the ground, and bright blue spikes shoot up and down from the ground, traveling outward to the edges of his boss room.
> To round him out, Force-Man has a Plasma Pistol--he will occasionally fire it, shooting out five quick-moving, low-damage shots in a random 90-degree range from straight forward to straight up.
> After a quick moment of charging, his hands glowing bright blue, Force-Man puts his arms out to either side, forcing the player away from him (Similar to a wind effect, but shorter and stronger). After this, there should be a chance he'll fire a volley of his Plasma Pistol shots without running and jumping first.
> After a moment of charging, his hands glowing bright yellow, Force-Man blasts a small segment of a Force Beam (Yes, the glorious one-hit-killing laser from Quick-Man's stage) from his hands. This can be slid under or jumped over, but it moves quickly, so be ready. He can also jump into the air and shoot it downward at a forty-five degree angle.
Force-Man's obtained weapon is the Force Push. Upon using it, Mega Man will blast out the same energy Force-Man uses. If an enemy is near the user when this weapon is being used, they will get stunned briefly, and if they're really close, they'll get knocked offscreen for a one-hit-kill. Use of the weapon costs 3 of your 28 ammo bits, though, so use it wisely.

Dragon Man
Notes
-Older Robot Master idea I had which never got used for anything
-Original drawing is on the left while new concept art with changes and updates are on the right
-Sort of a mix between Snake Man and Shade Man
-Focus should be put on his ability to fly, making him more air-based like Air Man and Wind Man
Battle Tactics
-Takes to the air, making it hard to hit him without a proper weapon or raised terrain
-Dives down quickly to cut into Mega Man, landing with some impact that might send out shockwaves
-Can also dash to the sides with a similar attack
-Might also throw out some lasting fire traps mid-air, to limit Mega Man's footing before he dives down
Gained Weapon: Dragon Dash
-Lets Mega Man do a short dash in any of the 8-directions surrounding him
-During a boost, Mega Man is invincible to most things, and it damages most enemies as he passes through
-There's no changing direction after a dash is made, and only certain obstacles, like walls, will cancel a dash prematurely
-Ideal for maneuvering easily through levels, reaching high areas or jumping over large pits
-Can be dangerous in spiked areas and other places as unrestrained use can result in landing somewhere undesirable

I've got an ideal water-themed Robot Master for this fangame. Introducing Marine Man!
RM Name: Marine Man
Description:
A small robot originally built to work alongside the navy military, his anchor is actually composed entirely of heavy water.
"Marine Man, reporting for duty!"
Good point:
Diligent worker
Bad point:
Too focused
Likes:
Working
Dislikes:
Slacking off
--------------
Attacks:
- Swings his anchor in front of him to release a geyser of water that moves across the ground until it hits a wall.
- Throws his anchor across the room like a boomerang at a medium speed.
- Leaps across the room and throws four globs of water downwards in a spreadshot fashion with his anchor.
--------------
Obtained weapon: Marine Geyser
Weapon description: The user throws an anchor composed entirely of heavy water in an upwards arc. When it hits the ground, it will release a geyser of water that rises upwards from where the anchor hit and will do multiple hits on foes before disappearing. The anchor can damage foes as well, too.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Regarding my pixel art of Marine Man, that was my half-assed attempt at making his anchor in the past. As for his sprite, I just fixed his legs up a bit and even fixed up his anchor as well.

So I finally enter with my own bot I recently designed.
(click to show/hide)
Hypnosis Man.
He could shoot beams that if you get hit, the player's avatar actually gets confused in movement. And I think depending on which weapon you use against him, he can bounce it against you. Sometimes he uses his pudendum as a physical weapon.
I think his weapon might a reflecting kind of weaponm or it could be some weapon that actually is essential to secrets of a stage.
It sounds and looks kinda strange, but I think it's worth the spot.

As for Futbol's stage, It's the Los Mochis stadium, but I have no idea if it's real.
Doesn't matter.

I don't think people really should get so depth into concepts/bio of one particular bot. I don't like seeing bots with a really lazy design, and have a bio that's really long. Fanfictions are made for that stuff.
I honestly think the design and how it might play is many times more important.
Also one question. Is any of the bots who made it in might get some tweaks in design?

There may be some tweaks to sprites/weapons if needed. But we will try to keep it accurate to the entry.

A joke me an some friends made 2 years ago.
Toaster Man
(click to show/hide)
As designed by me.
(click to show/hide)
As designed by someone else.
Obviously fire themed.
Ok in seriousness now. My idea level tends to more range into a mix of classic and X when I'm not making robots that purposely look stupid (looks at the skin list of my original robots (yes they were ment to be stupid. their backgrounds are well thought out though.))
I can't draw worth anything so if I happen to come up with an idea I'll draw it out and see if my friend can remix my design.
