The two Okami games are underrated because Capcom would rather advertise something like street fighter which would sell well regardless.

Because Capcom is a jerk.

Uncharged Atomic Fire in MM8BDM, because whenever I see people using AtomicFireWep, most of them WILL charge it.

That's because level 1 Atomic Fire barely does more damage than the Mega Buster.

Gradius Gaiden: SDL?OM with Force Field and Lord British. Also the female announcer. She just pronounces the names of the powerups in a positively weird way unlike the male one.

Jigglypuff in Smash bros.
It is actually strong, but everyone I have seen on YouTube think otherwise.

Aile from Megaman ZX. She's probably my second favourite Megaman incarnation, assuming she is one.

Fireball in Cave Story. I once killed all the bosses until the labyrinth with it. So much fun. (Not saying name because spoilers). (After that I used the Blade which is 573% better than the Nemesis.)

I was going to say Psychonauts, however it rose in popularity due to Humble Bundle. On a second guess, I'd have to say Radiata Stories. Developed by Tri-Ace and published by Square Enix. Wonderful game but sold rather poorly, I blame the lack of advertisement.

The Vorpal Blade in Castlevania: Symphony of the Night.
Just because it is OP as heck but always in the shadow of the Crissaegrim. Which is why nobody ever mentions it anywhere.

And the dagger item crash with its amazing crit rate is just so much cooler than Hydro Storm ...

A non-Gamecube controller for Wii, particularly regarding Brawl. Seriously, as soon as I pull out my Wii-mote and nunchucks everyone thinks I whipped them out by mistake.

Big Arm from Sonic 3 and Sonic 3 & Knuckles.

I just hate this stupid big hands... But in 3DS, he's MUCH easier, 'cause you can easily defeat him with the Homing Attack.

That sounds more like annoying, not underrated.

Also, the Spur line from Spiral Knights. It'd be looked torward more often if it had a 5 star upgrade.
