Updated Cosmicman's skin, it now uses a redesign that a fellow Xeon-Licarte did. Note that this is meant to replace the really old one, and cannot be run alongside the old one.
I will probably re-release the old Cosmicman skin under a different name to help this, though I have no idea why you would want to download the old skin.

I am planning an alternate version of the skin later on, but for now I just wanted to get it out there.
Besides I had to actually rip the SFX myself earlier, so I do have them in hand for future use.
Hell, the SFX version may come later today if I get in the mood for it!

Actually, if you've got the game on steam, all the voice clips are stored in the folder. (if you just wanted sfx then you'd still have to rip em, but all the voices are in the game's data folder.)
