I think you should try to get more creative with the tiles. At least 90% of the map is nothing but cell blocks. Try covering the outer walls of the map with the large ice pillars; it may be a little easier to navigate afterwards as it won't look too confusing.

At first glance, the Cutman preview looks great.
I'll go through these later and give more feedback/expect this to be edited soon.
HERE'S THE EDIT:
So I went through them, and what it appears to look like is that you literally took Geminiman/Cutman, opened them in doombuilder, and made some changes. It's an obvious tell as parts from the core maps are still existantant. Take Cutman for example, chop some doors in the sides that lead to an outside area, and wallah. You did edit some existing core rooms, which, :I. There's potential areas in Geminiman where people could camp, assuming they're able to find the wire. There's like 4 weapons in that one little cove. Also not to mention that all of these maps suffer from lack of and/or too much ammo in areas. You have around 15 ammo crowded near Crystal Eye in one part of the map, then you don't see ammo/health again until you walk what seems like a mile. Some of these new areas are nifty, such as a top area where penguins used to be in Geminiman. Other than that though, these maps aren't terrible for starting out. Try to create some of your own original compositions though and be less reliant on the core maps.
Oh right, and your Geminiman map uses the same code as the core Geminiman map. Change that.

I am also gonna throw out there, that the platforming, even though it is Megaman, should not be a entire room, *points at slash claw cove in Gemini*. And you could probably do pretty well making just standard layouts rather than just editing core maps. Also keep a eye on your texture offsets in maps, some are out of place.
