We have a merciless death machine and a literal death machine in the ring. It would probably be a tossup between those two.

Not very good. Best thing I can really do is cook pasta. Also, a side note: digitally constructed food is disgusting.
I let the chefs take care of that for me.
I am technically capable of preparing food, with the proper programs and ingredients.
I managed to burn concentrated orange juice once. I'll let you do the math.
I am well-versed in the culinary arts, though I can't say I have a specialty.

This is fairly low on my priorities list, to be honest. If something else comes up that needs my attention, this will probably sit idle until that gets done.

This law is vastly outdated. Termination can be performed by any being, robotic or not.
