Two distinct looks: one for the Imperium and one for the non-Imperium team which I'll refer to here as the HeroesWe currently have the Crimson and Cobalt teams...The Imperium's champs and buildings are cyberpunk-meets-D&D, with intricate circuitry, menacing robotics, and leather jackets blending smoothly with plate, chain, and stone; their palette is black, grey, dark grey, and a lovely shade of red.The Heroes' buildings are generic Mega Man cartoon techno stuff ... their palette is white, grey, yellow, and various shades of blue....though this, I might use. I like the idea.The Imperium generally doesn't have its own champs; they steal them from the Heroes, making copies that are basically black palette swaps with a robotic voice effectColor pallete switch, maybe. Voice effects, probably not.The Imperium's objective building is a catalysis unit that breaks down matter and turns it into the ever-adaptable dark matterThe Heroes' objective building is a mobile base that they pilot from universe to universeThe current plan is for both teams to have a similar base, as the current was designed around the concept of a fighting tournament.The Imperium-exclusive champs are all monstrous; champs that fit this include Trashwerk, Mordecai, and Skulldro...This is where I draw the line: No exclusive champs. Balancing without exclusive champs is already going to be kind of tricky; balancing and taking exclusive champs into account would be an absolute nightmare.

Team-specific skins
Balrog, I will have you know that class locking is INCREDIBLY difficult to implement effectively, now...so a picker room would probably be out of the question.By incredibly difficult, I mean impossible.EDIT: The closest thing I have to class locking is telling the player to use this class they have spawned as or they can't play.

Bleh, I thought there was a function for setting the player's class. Oops.
Due to the robot fuss, I was actually thinking about renaming and redesigning the appearance of Predator Unit into some "reptillian mutation" that'd actually be a much better character, and this would encourage it.Although, I'm not quite sure how that'd look.May I also note a double ninja.
archer class
Visually: Some sort of Bug/Reptile thing.Tall, but seems to bend over alot.Has claws. They are similar to "Wolverine Claws," used for slashing and stabbing. (However you "stab" with claws.) Mostly slashing.Wings resemble dragonfly wings.Head resembles a snake and chameleon head. Mostly snake.Green-ish and Brown-ish skin/scales.The original "robot" model looked like the picture in this link. It would probably look somewhat similar.Personality and "traits" or something that are mostly for smash but may help with things:Impulsive, quiet, and somewhat mischevous.Hasty, (Links with Impulsive) and agile.Has good sight.Obviously, a predator.
