Game&Watcher is right, you can't upload music packs that you can purchase from elsewhere; see here for more details (really needs to be stickied).

That doesn't avoid the fact you are distributing a purchasable soundtrack via mod for free. So if you could just go along with what the rule about music wads here that would be great.
