I kinda remember there already being a Waluigi skin...though I could be mistaken.

From the screenshot, it looks like he's not all the way 8-bit. His hat and overalls are clearly 8-bit but everything else is not. Also those outlines are both black(ish) and gray. They should be all black.

But anyway, this doesn't look too bad for a first skin, though I haven't actually tested it yet.

He should use a little less colors (shoes, nose and skin can be reduced easily). Skin outlines should have a solid black outline as well. From the looks of the screenshot, he uses two or three different colors on his outline. Also, looking at his frames in slumped, it seems that a couple of his sprites have incorrect offsets (D5, E5, F5 and G5). Might want to fix that.

All that aside, good work.

Yeah it should be 8bit, but I remember someone, I think you, saying they were going to make a Waluigi skin on a server.

Erm, did you ask the guy who made the sheet for permission to use it?

It says to give credit to the people who made the sprites (Frario and Starpower)- you might want to ask if you can use them.

Does it mention anything about permission? If not, then I'm pretty sure as long as he credits them somewhere, then it doesn't really matter. It's what they asked for, after all.

Maybe I should reveal what my next skin is... yeah.

Next up: Another Wario skin, but this time in the same fashion as the Waluigi skin... but this one will actually be more 8-Bit. (Black outlines, less colors, etc.)

Maybe I should reveal what every skin will be after I'm done spiriting them/editing them. Or should I keep it a secret from here on out? What do you think?
