Right off the bat, the two visible ones on the second page look like beta designs for Solar and Nitro (or Tornado?)
I'd also say the bottom one looks like an idea for Strike Man (based off of a strike in bowling... assuming that's what he's doing, anywho.)
I've got no idea about the others though (What is that one in the third- Conch Man?)

These are clearly NOT from the art book.

I should know, I have it.

Although some of them are modified from the early 9 & 10 designs.

Sooo... any word on whether this newest set is official or not?

I've been trying to gather up all the old, unused concepts for Mega Man games for some time, but it is quite difficult.
