But who exactly are they? (Guesses are welcome, Tech Man doesn't count)

I just moved over to Photobucket, so I should be good to go for uploading a few more photos for now. (By the way, do you guys recommend Imageshack, Photobucket, or something else?)

Anyways, I'll leave the rest of the masters that were silhouetted in one of my earlier posts right here for now. (Not all are final, especially Poison.) I'll add the CD data later.

Well, Shark Man sort of already exists, though just in Mega Man DOS 1, and in the Battle Network series.

Correction, it's DOS 3  

But on a more serious note, Shark Man from DOS isn't canon (nor are any of the others, but most treat it that way for some reason), and I don't think you can't make it if there's only a NetNavi.

Here's my first one, Lightswoman. The only art I have of her is traditional and I can't scan as of now, but here's her sprite.
She is a messenger/scout robot, but a special robotics messenger for things that need extra care.

Her fight pattern goes something like:
-Fly across screen and shoot
-Swoop down
-Fly across screen and shoot
-pause in the middle of screen and let of a bright, damaging light across most of screen
Also
Drops attack on you if you get below her

And that's about it.

It DID have transparency but it was too hard to see some stuff against a white background
First row: Standing, mugshot
Second row: Alternate standing, animation where he opens his coat to reveal there's nothing there except waves of projectiles
Third row: Walking with a hat bounce
Fourth row: disappearing and leaving his hat
Fifth row: Hat slides along the floor, raises into the air and projects his body back into place below it
Sixth row: A battle-ish pose, firing with his right hand, turning, taking a step and firing with his left
Seventh row: The small bombs are the waves he fires from inside his coat, the bullets are fired from his fingers
Eighth row: Fake versions of the above that do no damage

Ninth row: He can disguise himself as other old robot masters to do attacks, but I didn't make any of the sprites for those guys except standing and I didn't make Elec Man or Tomahawk Man like I wanted to
