However, you really should be more creative than Dracula or Thomas.

After consideration and polling a public that shall not be named, I have decided the topic of my skin.

Be warned, CutStuff.  I am coming.  The CutStuff Artist medal slipped away once, but this time it's in my domain.

EDIT:  Just as an in-theory question, would StarDroids be barred from this competition?

Actually, I have quite a few questions.
Can a skin of megaman be allowed? But can it be of another franchise? And does it need to be in a skin. PK3? or just a .png file?
Because I'd like to enter my MegaMan Dead Rising style skin sheet I made. I think it'd be a good addition, since Dead Rising is made by Mr. Keiji Inafune-san and its megaman related.

Also, does this mean the Cut-Goth Skin is released?
