Anyways, I think I'd probably give Saxton Hale a chance if actual new hales were added and classes removed but that's probably asking too much because right now what with all the hotfixes of versions Saxton Hale now has 50 shades.

Looking back, I remember when first thing in the morning: Rage Roboenza at the top. Loved it.

One of the few infection mode type things I can like.

People pretty much abandoned CTF, so I stopped working on mine until further notice. But not only that. The few times people DO play CTF, it's with fucking classes. >_>

Not to forget, map packs are basically dead. None of them are ever used, really, no matter what mode.

Yeah...there's exactly one server with map packs on it that isn't private. There has also been a huge drop in general mapping lately too. Back in v2 / v1 there used to be at least 1 new map every few weeks. Now we're lucky to get something after a few months.

Why don't we just have more server events that involve non-classes DM, LMS, TDM, TLMS, and CTF w/ mappacks?

CTF would certainly be more common due to being one of the more unique gamemodes.

.. Then again, I have some doubts it'l actually work.

What about CSCM? The last I heard of it was when Knux was talking about MM5WAVX back at the SBWT competition.

EDIT: Also, people rarely talk about Chaos Generator, either. I always wanted to hear the reactions to Jelly World's bouncing map in one of those server log things!

IX, CSCM, SHARP, AMP, and hell Powered Up used to always be loaded on most every server at one point, what happened guys?

Powered Up is merged into the core game by now, so it's not a problem. However, yes, all those other mappacks.. I think I miss them somewhat.

I stopped hosting the mappacks to try to attract new players. I don't know why the other guys aren't doing it.
