A lot of people want a more strong, competent design for Call since she's going to be Beck's second in command and a playable character.

That's kinda why I voted for B, though. I love playing as goofy looking characters, and B looks very goofy.

Also, both Call B and Call F could end up being redesigned a little to match the feel of combat.

Also regarding Call B not looking good enough for combat as it is, remember Pallette?.

No, I don't. Who is Pallette? I've never seen her once.

Axl's Navigator in X8.

Anyway, it's probably going to be between B, F, and either C or I. B because it's Kagami in a military uniform, F because lolroll, and the rest because they're shite and at least one of the finalists in things like this is invariably shite.

Also, is it so bad if the design that's chosen is cute?  Really, is it?
I definitely don't think so. I love cute designs like Kirby. Video games and cartoons are great because you can have cute characters still do awesome things.

I like that Inafune's first order regarding Beck's design was that it should be 'cute'. It's a large part of why classic video games are more appealing to me compared to mainstream games of today.

Sign me up as one of the B guys. I love that dorky design!
It ain't often I see game girls with that kinda style going on. It's usually, either flat out super Shantae hot, or super Roll innocent (with many exceptions, of course), so it's nice to see some variety! Even if she's not very likely to win...

Also, who's betting that we're gonna get some kind of funky MM2 Wily Fortress 1 sound-alike?

I'm convinced the entire soundtrack will be to die for.
C'mon, you heard that example right?

Exemple of the gameplay (13s), it's short, but you can see how the zoom/speed is familiar, with MMX (SNES), i think, it's pretty good!

No no, this is all just an example, none of this is to reflect the finished product.

Alot of placeholders, but they DID confirm they were using the Unreal Engine.
