Interesting, it seems like they aren't doing radical redesigns of the first RMs like the concept art of a CutMan esque character.

I DID see Beck using a gatling gun in the little main image you see in the kickstarter.

I also saw a sword of sorts, + a different head design on it. We're probably getting a samurai / warrior in general.

I'm getting Vectorman vibes from this [concept of morphing].

Vectorman was the first thing I thought of too.

I'm probably going to end up committing 120 to 250 dollars just to get at least all the normal goodies especially the guide. I wonder what would be more worth the cost? Having those extremely expensive goodies or being able to have dinner with the creator of Mega Man himself? Either way, it would be kind of hard to imagine who would spend this much money just for one of those prizes unless he/she is like some kind of millionaire or a very very dedicated fan.

Also that 3D artwork is just way too creepy....especially those eyes... o~o How can 2D artwork be transitioned into "that"?

Am I the only who got the thought of Vectorman and Megaman doing the fusion dance thing from dragon ball?

Oh, 1 song, it's so cool. Like 3 screenshots. No games before spring 2015 and you are so exited? I will wait more I think.

Anyways, i wont support anymore this game for now, i will wait.

Lol, most stupid text I have seen.
http://www.at7addak.com/article/s/1009713190 => he tries to have the megaman fanbase for him now. I was sure, He could do some articles like that.
"Unfortunately Mega Man is an older robot and uses the older parts. A little bit too old school"

What about Megaman Universe if it was released... (:

I think it's totally fair to want to wait for more screens, footage, and the actual game to come out before putting faith into Mighty No. 9. Mega Man has a long and proven history, and while there's a lot of excitement surrounding Mighty No. 9, there's already certain aspects where Mega Man wins out for me personally (Robot Master designs are the coolest! The boss designs in MN9 are so cold...)

Of course, it would be silly for Inafune to say MN9 would lose out in a battle; technically speaking, newer technology usually would win out against the old. If it were a nostalgia battle, however... The whole point of that question was just to make an interesting/controversial headline, though.

I think anyone who believes in this new project or who would like to see a next generation Mega Man style game should get involved as soon as possible though! Comcept has been doing an amazing job of reaching out to fans during this early time period, listening and responding to questions and comments, linking and commenting on fan art work, and considering all sorts of views and thoughts about the game. Very soon, there's going to be opportunities for the backers/fans to help shape the game, a rare opportunity that I would love to see all Mega Man fans getting involved in.

I think it's phenomenal how this game's almost hit 200% in six days.
