As a person who likes to review things, I did a quick playthrough of the levels aaaaaaand, well let's take them one by one:

Make a swamp is a very clever and well laid out idea of a huge bassin that the players fight in. Players might try to get to higher ground to see better, but won't be able to see underwater players at all, so it forces the player to think which position is the best one, and the underwater part is well designed in my opinion. Altough I am kinda curious why you chose the night music from Castlevania 2.

HOWEVER, Make a swamp 2 is, unfortunetly, not as fun as the former since it's WAY to dark. I had problem navigating in, but I had a feeling the level is smaller too, altough I like the inclusion of the Castlevania III music.

1: Uh, I like Castlevania, it's night time, it fit the bill. I also need to tweak a few things that are urking me.

2: Way too dark you say? Turn off your fancy darkness and go light up the fog with your glowsticks! Also of course the level is smaller; there isn't a large gimmick with Ringman. Personally I prefer this map over the other one as I trend to create maps that aren't gimmicky. Hopefully next year I'll remember to enable custom lighting for this map so it's just the fog and not all the darkness. (Spending literally the whole day the day before mapping is probably something I should avoid next time; it just burnt me out too hard to double check most things)

3: Enjoy Let's Make A Swamp III- Coming next year to a Halloween near you and not done on the day before. (It'll be the day before the day before)

Also Feedback is/was appreciated and people making complex thinking decisions when I didn't even think about that (@ LMAS1) is quite enjoyable to read.

Now... Transylvania. I LOVE DUCKTALES!!! But this map... feels more like a Warehouse than a castle in my opinion. I loved the cart that drives through the alcoves of the place, and the pillair with the Centaur Flash (nice nod to the final part of the NES game. :P) but it's to... square in it's design, alot of the rooms feels to much like big boxes, and some textures are even missaligned I think.
With some massive revamp, it could be one of the best maps ever... hmmm... why not use Castle Dukenstein from Duke Nukem 3d for inspiration? It has the castle feel mixed with teleporters to hidden rooms?
Even if Halloween is soon over, keep working on the map since I believe it can be truly AWESOME if perfected. :)
Sorry about the rectangularness of Transylvania. I asked people what to do to improve it but most said they thought it was fine, so I sent it in that way.

Oh right sorry about that. I haven't received a (proper) list of people who need the badge from Korby yet so don't worry, you'll get them soon!

Also, IMO there exist better Castlevania songs to use for the "Make a Swamp" level. The current one has a really terrible second half. The server IMO didn't really need the modded music WAD either.

If you're going to tell me Vampire Killer or Bloody Tears, I'm telling you no because overrated despite me liking them. Those are generally castle themes, not outdoor themes. Night (CV2), Boss (CV2), and Slash (RoB) are all outdoorish themes and/or boss related so it works. One of the goals of the LMAS series was to limit as much brick as possible- to stay with nature.

I didn't touch the first map at all; no one complained last year about the music so apparently it's fine.

As for the second map, have some backstory: I wanted to use Slash for the first LMAS, but could never find a cover of it. Many months later, I finally find a cover but Halloween is long past done by now. I saved it for LMAS2, and it'll be staying there unless I receive a better cover of it.

The stage theme of LMAS and the boss theme of LMAS2 are the same; the second one being remixed. This might change for next Halloween.

The most "likely" of the music to be changed would be "changemus boogaloo". Despite it having Castlevania instruments, it's Tetris.
Boogaloo... but Tetris.

If you want to know what I'll be searching concerning tunes for LMAS3.. Battle of the Holy.

Wow someone who hates my music taste. I guess someone won't be enjoying the tracks in Rozpack

Several dynamic lights are missing: charged wild coil, mega ball's trail, mmfx sprites, lighted oil puddles, mirror buster, and the held pharaoh shot. Also charging players should give off dynamic lights or at least become full bright. Weapons like gemini laser give off too much light and atomic fire (and most of the fire objects, including lava pits and torches) gives off far too little. Laser buster and lit oil pits give off far too much light that it slows down FPS.

I don't mind the weapons being reskins, but most of them are uninteresting reskins. All the bomb weapons are pumpkins and all the ice weapons are red. Also, sakugarne's hud doesn't change to match the other sprites.

EDIT: Flash man textures don't give off light and nor do bright man's I believe. Also the gravity arrows don't give off light either. Heat man's lava also does not give off light.

Pharaoh Shot and shields that should glow cannot, as they only last for a couple of tics. This was something I noticed when building last year's lights and still could not be addressed here.
There were several weapons that explode like Wild Coil so I simply excluded them from glowing because of how much of a pain it would be to set them all up.
Trails have a similar issue as the shields.
Textures cannot glow unless they are on the floor [See Heatman: the lava only gives off light when it's on on the floor; this cannot be fixed. (unless you try something I haven't...which...I literally just followed the ZDoom wiki for the glowing textures...so...idk.)]
I can understand laser buster and I will try to tone those down later on, but the pits I can't really do anything about unless you don't want them glowing at all.
I made a checklist and completely forgot the Megaman Killers even existed...so...um...whoops?
And yeah, I felt Gemini Laser's light was a bit large, will tone down.

Shame ZDN's OpenGL went full retard with me and refuses to work for no apparent reason... :/
And, before anyone asks: Yes, OpenGL still loads fine in GZDoom.

I wouldn't say any of those songs, just something from any of the NES Castlevania games (preferably the first or third games) that aren't those two songs or Nocturnal Curse.

Similar as to how from what I've seen every other horror level is required to have at least 60% of Shademan's tileset in somewhare?

I also griefed you all with the unreachable Time Stopper. ;D
