Prefer if you stuck to the Mega Man universe. If you want to dress someone UP as someone from outside the Mega Man series, then I wouldn't mind.

Player, I suggest giving it a while to see if anyone else wants to make that skin. If no one takes it up after a while and I don't end up doing it or we don't have enough skins then you'll be able to do it.

I liked Gutswario more than Magneto Man and Tengu Tengu Man. It was clever.

I think I have a little idea of a skin I'd like to make for this, if I'm not too lazy/busy. I've got a month and a half till Halloween, so I should be able to find some time to do it.
