Who cares if it's not true 8-bit? The sign looks great!

Can't wait for ceiling-water shenanigans, Mr. X!

Oh, just a quick question: will you be using the troll weapons Time Stopper, Gravity Hold, Centaur Flash, and/or Wind Storm? Will you use the (not so) promotional Freeze Cracker in any maps?

SLIIIIIIGHT EDIT: If it's even possible, it'd be funny to be able to go down into some water, then fall out of the water into dry air. Basically, a water sandwich, if you will.

That would only be possible with teleports for the top surface, as far as I know. I'm not going to do it because I think having ceiling water may disorient people and having a water sandwich would make it worse.

Freeze Cracker was already in Christmas Cape as it was before. Centaur Flash is in Sand Sea (although I may move its location since it's fairly easy to get) and Gravity Hold will be in this newest map. It requires an almost perfectly timed jump if you run right at it *coughstraferunandjumpcough*. However, there will only be one (maybe 2) insta-kill spots in the map and you can run inside where you won't die so easily from it.

Wind Storm is currently in Sky Deck but I will either remove it or place Beats multiple places in the map. I'm leaning towards removal since Beat would make getting the M Tank too easy.

Finally, I don't consider any of those to be troll weapons. They're working as intended, so stop crying about it people. I only truly consider Mirror Buster to be trolling due to the many ways it can be exploited (even though it's still in two maps).

This map that you previewed makes me want to say it's a "Water Hazard"

but i digress

i can't wait for the majority of these maps however (Like Whomp's Fortress Redux...i loved that map as a Little Kid)

I dunno why i said Water Hazard

But no problem...i'd wish to see more unique maps, and a possiblity of more maps that are based on other games...perhaps a Zelda themed Map may interest you?

I'm thinking of doing Holodrum.  I was already thinking of a map that changed seasons and Yellow Devil brought up Holodrum.  However, I don't want to have to make the tilesets right now so I'm not too sure.

Anyhoo, more screens for the latest stage, which is called "Under the Sea".  GET IT?  YOU'RE LITERALLY UNDERNEATH THE SEA.  HAR HAR HAR.

Also i wish you luck with more stages my friend...i hope that we get to see a DKC map in the future (like K.Rool's Ship?)

Yep, it's a obligatory Moby map.
I'm sorry, the map is nice, but this is all I could think of when reading the post.

I thought I typed 'the'.  Wow.

And to Blaze, I thought I mentioned I was considering doing K. Rool's Keep from DKC2 (the best DKC game IMO).  Also, you may not have to be the one inserting the reference...

It actually looks worse in that screenshot than in the game.  I thought the screenshot hurt my eyes too, but in game I don't have a problem.

EDIT:  I did replace a few textures from the last set of screenshots.  However, if you still find it bad, then never play Dive Man's stage.

I've been gone for the past week and a half on Spring Break.  During that time, my interest for MM8BDM has faded.  Therefore, I MIGHT be quickly finishing my currently map, releasing the pack, and then going away for a while.
