since nobody listening on the official request topic, i made my own so people can actually find my requests instead of them getting lost in the official request topic, so here we go (P.S. my skin/expansion ideas are also here)

You know, one of the rules outright said not to do this. If no one is taking requests, then it means no one has an interest in doing it. Simple. Making your own topic doesn't change that fact.
