A fangame currently in development by a
team

"
A new company, 'Ventus Robotics', has developed an exciting new AI upgrade, which allows robots to not only think and feel as they did before, but now to become self-aware. They are closer to human beings than ever . . .
"
Music and SFX are streamed from .nsf directly.
Will include Construction, Challenge, and Endless modes.

Doesn't quite look like you got the hang of using Dropbox pics...try sharing the picture, copying the download location, then removing "dl=1" from the url.

Looks like he fixed it. I've heard of this fangame somewhere before, if only because I remember Bandit Man.

Might as well call it 'Mega Man Bandit Man and Meteor Man Adventures' because honestly all of the other robots aren't notable at all
Sabre Man's head looks more like a flat bucket than a sword (assuming it's supposed to be a sword, which Blade Man already did)
I honestly have no idea what Wire Man is or is supposed to represent, at the moment he looks generic and he has an expressionless face and weird hand positions (both hands are the same as well lol)
Flare Woman looks very top heavy and I'm not sure if she's supposed to have a buster arm or she's just got her arm stuck in upside-down dynamite, I'm not sure if she needs to be a woman either I mean I'm all for gender equality but generally the women should only be women if it makes sense for the character
Mirage Woman makes more sense but the spritework makes it look like she's got legs behind a sheet instead of being fog or whatever, spritework on the arm cloth makes it look too solid
Bandit Man is actually really good but he looks like he has no fingers
I guess Sound Man's basis is obvious but all the black on his sprite looks awful and the actual design of his armour is pretty bland (he also looks chubby)
Siege Man is just a ball with poles and legs
The mugshots aren't bad (although Flare Woman has a tiny tiny point nose and her eye shadow is shaded inconsistently and Sound Man has no nose whatsoever) and the tiles look good but I think this has a few flaws in character design and the general execution of that design
Team of 16 huh
I'm guessing one guy made the boss sprites

Bandit Man looks an awful lot like
Rapid Man from Rockmen R
if he had a revolver buster instead of a normal buster and a slightly different color scheme. I guess it's just coincidence, though.

You guys certainly have high integrity, putting in the extra mile to flesh out a fangame more. I can only hold that in high regards.
I personally think the designs are fine. If anything a few of them are on the blander side, but I'm judging entirely on their idle poses. The ideas behind your masters seem pretty damn creative, and the game as a whole looks great. The music from what I've heard is fantastic too.
As the previous two said, best of luck!
