Viewing Online Player Skins

Now here's my scenario. I am playing online matches on MM8BDM and people say "woah, nice skin" or "check out my new skin" blah blah blah, and I'm wonder why I can't see them so I ask this. HOW CAN I VIEW OTHER SKINS AND HOW CAN OTHER PLAYERS VIEW MINE?

In order to view skins, you need to have the skin yourself.
If you want them to see your skin, they need to have your skin.

Search around some skin topics for skins, and make a single topic to post all your skins in so people can download them.
