This isn't hosted correctly, your topic is misnamed, and your grammar isn't the best.

In order to host a server, you might want to follow the instructions given by Cutman Mike on how to port forward. Also a handy thing to do is to use Google to get your external IP, what you sent and the IP provided by Zandronum's hosting window is the IP your router gives to your computer within that network only and thus cannot be accessed by users of other networks outside of your router's network space.

As for the grammar and naming of your post, I recommend taking a gander at Myroc's "how to write a forum post," while it may be a tad more stringent than what I usually do when writing these things, it provides a loose set of guidelines and is definitely worth a read.
