How do you put screens in threads please?

If you mean posts, just use an img tag.

Also, if it's a file from your computer, you'll probably have to upload it to photobucket or something like that first.
Oh, and don't forget to use spoiler tags for large images like I just did, or else you'll screw up the layout of the site and kill slower computers.

For uploading your own images, I suggest creating an account on imgur. I, however, do not recommend Imageshack, especially since I had an account on there until they suddenly betrayed me and changed it so that they require you to pay a subscription to continue uploading images.
