looks pretty neat.

are you going to stick with the needleman tileset or are you planning on changing that after the game is finished?

Btw you don't need to use bridge things if you're lazy (like me). Just select the lines, give them the "Line_SetIdentification" property and change the flags to "use 3d mid texture". You don't even need to give them a line id.

I'll be using any and all textures from the full wad. I just used the textures from the demo since they were readily available.

Thanks for the tip. I'll have to try it out.

Not at the moment. Right now I want to do what I want to do, but possibly down the road.

The offset textures make my eyes bleed!

Also, the layout looks too open. Add some structures and use more textures. Make parts of the map distinguishable from the rest.

and change that bland grey floor texture.

Don't worry, I will with future maps. That map was just for testing purposes. You know so I could get acquainted with Doom Builder and whatnot.

Hmm, try to experiment with more textures. It'll still looking a little bland.

Okay. Any areas in specific I should focus on or should I re-texture the whole place?

The whole place.

It's just, the only textures I see is that Square one which is from Centaur man I think... Try and use more textures.

Avoid using the same textures over and over.

Oh, come off it DTD.

I think the map looks great. Sure, it's just the same texture that's been recolored a few times, but it WORKS. It looks really nice, and it doesn't make your eyes bleed. I mean, it's not like he used AirMan's tileset for the whole map.

It really gives the map the feeling of a futuristic tower or office building, and the corridor layout complements the tileset wonderfully. I think it's fine as-is.

Well fuck. Right as I finish texturing the whole map I find this. Well, here's the screens of the finished product. Take your pick.
