I really don't want to see that monstrosity that was maverick hunter see the light of day. Legends even manages to have more in common with the core series than that game did, and Legends was the least Mega Man like game in the series.

I dunno. we didn't have much info on it, It may have been decent. At the time we saw it, it was still in the testing phase. it could have turned out to be the official MM8BDM, if they worked on it enough.

Gameplay is the most important aspect of any game. As long as the gameplay was good and was staying faithful to the Megaman X series (such as armours and whatnot), the game itself would have been great.

Hating on the graphics is something that happens a lot with Wind Waker, yet it's a brilliant game and many say that hating the game for its art style is dumb. Maverick Hunter could have been a great game even if the art style isn't what we'd most prefer.

Let's just hope anyone BUT Microsoft buy's them. I'd say NamcoBandai would be the best choice ((I can care less for MegaMan IMO, Anything to revive Darkstalkers atleast.))
