Dood brought up a valid point earlier. On account of that, I'm going to add Robot Masters that beat DOS or RM&F2 Robot Masters in Round 1 of Best Robot Master EVER in order to completely remove DOS and RM&F2 from the picture.

I would sooner add Robot Masters from Mega Man Mania, because, frankly, Dog Man has a better chance at not losing than, say, Yoku Man.
