Windwaker Wii U. While I haven't played that, and I haven't played the GC version to it's fullest, I tend to hear the Wii U one is superior.

In what possible way could the gc version be better?  The Wii U version has better graphics, higher quality music, and a way to get those pictographs you might have missed (Tingle Bottles).

It's an updated rerelease, of course those silly things like GBA hook ups would be removed. You can't do that anymore with the new hardware.
