My vote goes for Gamma.

I always feel sorry for the NES version. That Gamma feels somehow unfinished (like the second Death Star in the Star Wars VI). The MM8BDM variant is truly are a final boss. It is a superoversized giant with no unequivocal weakness. You fight against it with all of the weapons from MM8BDM v3, but only some can damage it. Oh and that music from the Mega Man 10... awesome. So this is why I vote on Gamma.

Mega Man 3 is a game that has a lot of evidence to show it was rushed. A lot of resources were cut and not used in the game at all and the wily stages are really lacking in length and quality. Gamma have have also been rushed considering how easy and simplistic it is. And let's not talk about the amazing long intro theme with... no intro!

Anyway glad you like the bosses! I really enjoy designing boss battles in general and I think it's safe to say they got better as the game has gone on. Being able to get creative with characters that were barely used (Genesis Unit, the Evil Robot) is always great as a I get to do my own thing AND make fans of these characters happy. :)

Genesis unit, cause is just so exciting fighting them it doesnt get boring, and after fighting them and each of the members,i was finally able to beat punk(yes, thats how much it annoys me),so yeah.
I know like mike said that the game gets harder and harder the more you go further, but logically,i dont think the genesis unit should be stronger than the evil robot XD
