I dont like exessive moderating on servers either. Vote kicks keep the trolls/spammers out, but admins tend to keep the fun out.

I didn't mention nor even hint that he was not allowed to express his opinion. If you look at the Oblacek server that gets about 24 people at a point in the day, then tell me that having no admins around whatsoever is fun. The constant spamming votes for different maps/ridiculous winlimit changes and chat spam is really fucking lame with all the "SUPARHAX"ER""000oo0000""""0o0" people who do all the shit. Some of us just want to enjoy the game without the nuisances. If you really think that dealing with idiots is fun, then think about it as if you were apart of Skulltag's staff, and then see how fun it is.

And telling others to F8 for the chat spammers is not going to do anything, so don't say shit about that. We shouldn't have to block all incoming messages just because of some dumbass in the server spamming it up.

I think Ventris is talking about a different server (Ariel's). I'm pleased to announce that I finally got rcon permissions for Oblacek, so people are going to have a nasty shock when they start being retarded while I'm on the scene and suddenly they can't join the game any more.

Oh, trust me... I've seen the most HORRIBLE admins in servers for other games.

Meh, might be the kind of thing i can handle myself in. I prefer servers where there's basically no law, except no cheating.
Ah, good times, they messed with me, i gave them a good beating untill they gave up. :P
Sure, having some admins around is usefull, removes the spammers more easily, but since the behaviour in skulltag can be... rather rude, conflicts of the likes of discussions or claims of someone cheating could be ignored. Else it removes all the freedom i'd say.

Hmm... I'd stay on topic but i cant think of a thing to add to the list. Except maybe lousy admins, and people abusing the rcon. :P
